Booking a hotel online is easy.
You compare prices, choose a room, pay online and get your confirmation. But there is one thing many travellers forget:
The lowest price is not always the best value.
When you book through a booking platform, you are often dealing with a middleman between you and the hotel. If something changes or goes wrong, you may have to contact the platform, wait for its response, and then coordinate with the hotel.
But there is another way.
Discover online. Book directly.
With Venue.Events, you can find hotels and connect with them directly.
There is no platform fee charged by Venue.Events for your hotel room booking, and your payment goes directly to the hotel.
You can also compare the price you see online and ask the hotel:
“I found this price online. What can you offer me if I book directly?”
The hotel may offer a better price—or it may offer more value for the same price, such as:
- Breakfast
- A better room
- Room upgrade
- Flexible cancellation
- Early check-in
- Late check-out
- Other hotel benefits
Of course, direct booking will not always be cheaper. Some booking platforms may have special discounts.
That's why the goal isn't simply to find the cheapest price. It's to find the best overall deal.
And what happens if something goes wrong?
When you book directly, you have a direct relationship with the hotel.
Need to change your dates?
Have a special request?
Need help during your stay?
You can speak directly with the people responsible for your stay.
No unnecessary middle layer.
So why not use booking platforms?
You can.
Use them to discover hotels, compare prices and read reviews.
But once you've found the hotel you want, consider contacting the hotel directly through Venue.Events and see what they can offer.
Compare the price. Compare the benefits. Then choose the better deal.
Because a hotel booking isn't just about the room.
It's about the entire stay.
Find your hotel. Connect directly. Book smarter.
